Quake hits Iran’s Bushehr province

An earthquake hit Iran’s Bushehr province early this morning, Iranian media reported.

Reportedly, the earthquake occured early Wednesday morning at approximately 3 o’clock. The 3,7 richter scale quake hit the Deyr County in the Iranian Bushehr province.

The infamous Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant is situated in the same area, 17 kilometres southeast of the city of Bushehr, between the fishing villages of Halileh and Bandargeh along the Persian Gulf.
