A documentary – “Iran Yesterday and Today” – watch for free

rick steves iranIf you think Iran is just as bad as North Korea, you’re wrong. And, if you want to know why you’re wrong, and have an hour or so to kill, check out the documentary on Iran by Rick Steves below.

The film was shot in 2009, yet for those unaware, this documentary is a good chance to see what Iran looks like. Of course, before going there, Steves and his crew had to get permission from the Iranian Government, so don’t expect to see any negativity in this documentary (such as Iran’s human rights issues, death executions, nuclear program, etc).

Steves travels to several destinations all over Iran (Tehran (capital) – Abyaneh – Esfahan – Shiraz – Persepolis), and talks about country’s culture, its people, and history. Iranian government believes the Western media has given Iran an unfair image, so this documentary can be seen from the “fair” point of view.
